Robert O for Model Number WTW5810SW I am unable to turn the shaft on the water level switch without great difficulty. I had to remove the knob and use a pair of pliers to get it out of the "Extra Small" position. Now I'm stuck in the "Large" load position. The shaft is partially damaged at the tip from doing this. What would cause the switch to stick and is there any solution other than replacement?
