William N for Model Number cnt21lev bm5a46a ( says use kit cikhtm-iv) I have replaced the water valve and still cannot get any ice I'm getting water up the back but it is going in the bottom of the freezer I extended the hose coming in the back and now it freezing up It is a crosley refig. It says to use kit cikhtm-iv for the ice maker on the label on the back of the rerfig.
Answer William, You will want to remove the icemaker from the unit and check to see if the fill tube is frozen, if it is then you will want to clean the ice out of it.
