Although according to your diagnostics, it could be the heater, but I also thought that around the drum could be some lent which prevents from air ventilation. How can I access the inside and around the drum. Some of the older dryers could be opened from the top by pushing the top clamps. Is this one also opens from top. Answer Jim, In order to access the vent to check to see if it is clogged would be to pull the unit out and remove the rear cover of the unit. Take the lint trap out and remove the 2 screws.
