Gary for Model Number LER6620PT0 Dryer seems to be taking a bit longer (about 30%) to dry than it once did. Seems to not get as hot. I'm looking at the heater element but see NO visible shorts or breaks. Could the element still be bad? Would checking the resistance across the element help in determining its condition? If so what should the ohm reading be for a properly functioning heating element for this model? Vent is clear. What (and how) else should I be checking? THANKS, Gary
Answer Hello Gary. It is not likely the element. It sounds more like a venting issue with the unit. You will need to check the blower wheel and vent on the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, May 18, 2016
