Engine losing power or running rough? A clogged air cleaner cartridge restricts airflow to the carburetor. This filter blocks dirt and debris from entering.
Replacement mounting screw for small engines. Secures engine components and covers. Order a new screw if yours is stripped, missing, or damaged.
This is an authentic muffler deflector screw that is found in small engines for outdoor power equipment from Briggs & Stratton. This metal screw is designed to secure the muffler deflector to the flywheel. In select models, it may also be used to secure the starter clutch to the flywheel. The screw is durable but exposed to high heat and constant wear, which means that it can become damaged or worn with regular use. If the screw is lost or damaged, it will need to be replaced. It should always be replaced with a genuine OEM part. This OEM muffler deflector screw is manufactured by Briggs & Stratton to exact standards and is compatible with several models of small engines. It can be used with various models of blowers, pressure washers, generators, and snow throwers from Toro, Murray, and Briggs & Stratton. It is sold as an individual replacement part. To replace this screw, the flywheel cover will need to be removed. Then, if it is still present, the old screw will need to be removed and the new one can be installed. This screw requires a hex or Torx screwdriver to install. Always wear gloves and disconnect the spark plug for safety when performing engine repairs.
This replacement exhaust gasket is a certified genuine OEM part for a lawn tractor engine. This gasket helps to seal off the exhaust from the carburetor. For an engine to run, it must first mix fuel with air to prepare the fuel for combustion. By sealing off the exhaust, this gasket allows for fresh air to enter into the carburetor from outside the engine rather than from the exhaust. Gaskets often degrade over time due to the stress of pressure and heat. If the exhaust gasket breaks its seal, it can affect the engine's overall performance. Be on the lookout for an especially noisy engine that doesn't provide as much power and is less fuel efficient. There may also be a noticeable burning smell coming from the engine. To replace the exhaust gasket, use a socket wrench and wrench set to remove the air filter and blower housings, then remove the exhaust manifold and switch out the gasket. This replacement exhaust gasket is compatible with engines made by Toro, Briggs & Stratton, Murray, Snapper, and Simplicity. It comes sourced directly from its original manufacturer and does not include any additional hardware.
