Thermostat (Temperature Control)

This temperature-sensing thermostat monitors and regulates appliance temperature to restore proper cycling and consistent performance. Replacing a failed thermostat helps resolve temperature drift and heating or cooling irregularities. What it does:

  • Senses internal temperature and opens/closes the electrical circuit to control heating or cooling components.
  • Restores correct on/off cycling so the appliance reaches and maintains the intended temperature.
  • Common symptoms it can address: unit won't reach target temperature, runs too long or too short, or temperature fluctuates.
