This thermostat regulates your dryer's temperature by opening and closing the heating circuit as needed. Replacing a weak or failed thermostat restores safe, consistent heat control so loads dry evenly without overheating or extended run times.

• Disconnect power before servicing; if gas, also shut off gas supply
• Access the thermostat (often on the blower or heater housing); note wire positions and transfer one at a time
• Mount firmly against the housing surface for accurate temperature sensing; reuse existing screws/bracket
• After replacement, ensure the exhaust vent is clean and unobstructed to maintain correct temperatures

This exhaust cover plate seals an unused dryer vent opening on the cabinet to prevent air leaks and lint escape. Replacing a missing or damaged cover helps maintain proper airflow and support efficient drying performance. What it does:

• Covers and seals an unused exhaust port on the dryer cabinet
• Helps maintain correct airflow through the exhaust duct
• Helps keep lint and warm, moist air from leaking into the laundry area
• Replace if the original is missing, cracked, loose, or you notice lint/air leakage or longer dry times

• Disconnect power; for gas dryers, turn off the gas supply
• Locate the unused exhaust opening (rear, side, or bottom—depending on vent configuration)
• Position the plate over the opening and secure using the existing hardware; do not overtighten
• Restore power and verify proper airflow at the active vent

A small screw-mounted bumper that cushions and supports moving parts to reduce noise, vibration and metal-to-metal contact. Replacing a worn bumper restores quiet door/drawer operation and helps maintain proper alignment. What it does:
