This genuine OEM part is a temperature thermostat for wine coolers. The temperature thermostat adjusts the temperature settings to the wine cooler allowing the user to control its settings. Luckily, replacing the thermostat is a relatively simple process. To replace the thermostat start by shutting off power to the appliance. Then proceed to open the wine cooler door. Locate the temperature control knob and remove it by loosening the nut that attaches it with pliers. Then unfasten any additional screws attached. Slide the assembly off the wall of the fridge and gain access to the interior of the assembly. Locate the thermostat and take note of the orientation of the wires attached to the old thermostat. Reinsert the wires to the new thermostat in the correct order. Reinstall the control knob assembly and make sure it is secured tightly to the wine cooler door.This replacement part is compatible with Marvel wine coolers.
