This Husqvarna clutch drum is designed for a 2-cycle engine clutch. The clutch allows the speed of the chainsaw to engage and change. It is normal for the clutch to wear out over time. It will be apparent when it is time to replace the clutch, as the engine won't turn on and the chain will not rotate. It is manufactured for compatibility with several models of Husqvarna chainsaws, including (but not exclusively) many in the 340, 350, 440, and 450 series.
