Stumbled upon Appliance Parts Pros web site and after some research bought 2 circuit boards. (UIB) Interface Board AP4501702 and ESEC Relay Board AP5780950. I carefully replaced the UIB board first and it solved the problem. Things like taking the door off can be found on the internet and took me far more time than actually replacing the board. Here's what the problem was: Started the 'Normal' cycle... I closed the door... it calls for water, water fills, ECS sensor doesn't kick it to the next segment of the cycle (wash), so the water over-fills and reaches the over-fill sensor. So many other are replacing the plastic 'case-brake,' main board, and the ECS sensor. Checked compressor windings - ok. Start relay looked no rattle or burning. Start capacitor seamed ok but hard to check. No 120VC to start relay at any time. Ordered thermistor, and electronic control unit. Figuring it was a bad thermistor not telling the ECU it was warm and to turn on the compressor. Dis-assembly and installation was really easy, all I needed was Phillips screwdriver and a star tip attachment wrench (I'm always asking myself question why this is done like that? , why can't it be just regular Phillips screw?)
