How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP3193592 / 00418498 Dishwasher Rack Flip Tine Clip

Snapped the Tine CliP connector in place, an easy fix. 

Replaced tine clip ... easy fix! 

We found your website and followed your easy instructions to get the correct nomenclature. Ordering the part was a simple process and it arrived just when you said it would. 

Replaced rack tine brackets (small plastic pieces). Just a press-fit job, no tools needed. Happy the fix was easy. But, multiple brackets were needed and Appliance Parts Pros packages each one in a separate cellophane package. This wastes materials and (I assume) labor for packaging. Multiple brackets could fit in a single package so brackets should be sold in multi-unit sets. 

Added the little tabs that were lost to keep the support arms in place. 

I looked up the washer make, found the part, in a picture, and placed an order. 

Found the parts online at your site. The parts were delivered in 2 days. Both parts fit perfectly. Thank you!! 

I simply placed the clips where needed. I should have purchased a few more for future breakage. 

Inserted new clips on lower dishwasher racks. 

You guys sent me the right part, I put it on the lower rack, problem solved.
