1) Shut off the power at the circuit panel and turn off water supply to the washer.
2) Remove supply and drain water connections under the sink (these hoses will leak residual water, be prepared with a small bucket).
3) Lower the washer and pull it about 6 inches from cabinets.
4) Unscrew screws from inner rim of the door and remove the door panel (take pictures of any wire connectors that will need to be disconnected to accomplish this so you how to replace them).
5) There are spring and nylon rope assemblies that connect the door to the unit from the hinge to the bottom back on each side. Pull the nylon rope, stretching out the door springs to release tension and remove them from door hinges on both sides, taking note of the connection orientation at the door.
6) At the bottom front, remove the plastic strip and metal clips holding the bottom door seal in place (this will need to be done to remove the door from the unit).
7) With the door slightly open, pry apart the plastic retaining clips on one hinge (below the pivot point) and lift door and hinge slightly away from main unit. Repeat with second hinge.
8) Without stressing the wiring still connected, remove door from unit and place for easy access to the hinges.
9) Remove and replace the hinges on either side of door.
10) Replace the door working backwards through the steps above.
Note: do not over-tighten any screws as the sheet metal they are screwing into will pop.
11) Run a short cycle and check for any leaks.
