Developed confidence in likely problem: Clean water leaking slowly into bottom of Dishwasher (DW) between cycles, which typically covered drain screen within 2 days. Symptoms indicated leaking Water Inlet Valve (WIV). (Our kitchen sink/faucet had recently been replaced, and its nearby hot water shut-off valve was cycled off/on to do so. This may have injected small bits of rubber washer material into adjacent hot water line, including the DW, ultimately fouling its WIV.)
Ordered and received new WIV matching our Bosch model #.
Closed DW Shut-Off Valve (SOV). Removed DW black metal floor panel (2 long screws).
Placed towel on floor under water inlet line and disconnected it from WIV (lower left front).
Removed screws and sound baffles holding DW in place and pulled it out from under counter.
Tipped DW gently over on its back. Removed 2 screws holding Water Inlet Valve (WIV) in place.
Pulled WIV part-way out of cavity; Compressed spring clamp & disconnected Water Inlet Hose.
Disconnected electric plug to WIV solenoid actuator and removed WIV.
Removed brass fitting from old WIV, Teflon-taped (3-wraps) and threaded into new WIV.
Connected electric plug & water inlet hose/clamp to WIV & reinstalled with 2 screws.
Flushed DW supply line into bucket by part-opening/closing SOV, cycling on/off a couple times.
Reinstalled DW under counter.
Reconnected DW supply line to brass fitting; opened SOV, checked for leaks.
