I took the door off and found that what I believe to be a neoprene or plastic part that the door rotates on was worn out. Actually, I busted it trying to remove it. I grabbed the manual I had kept on the refrigerator and tried to identify the specific part I needed and then try to order one. I knew that it was easy enough to replace if I could get what I needed. There are a lot of parts to any appliance and the manuals don't necessarily show every single one of them. Anyway, I ordered what I though was the right part, but it wasn't. So, I replied to an e-mail that I had received from Appliance Parts Pros and told them that what I received was missing the insert I needed. They quickly responded to my e-mail, identified the correct part and told me how to order it. I did and have since replaced the part, so the door works like new. What I am most happy about was the fact that I could communicate with someone from Appliance Parts Pros and they promptly responded to help me identify what I needed to resolve my problem. I always like to fix things myself if I can, so have found that you can order just about anything on the internet, but you usually need some help on the other end. That needed help is rarely given, at least in my experience. Appliance Parts Pros is the best I have ever run across in respect to helping identify and resolve a problem. For that I am very grateful. I just wish more companies were that helpful.
