How to Troubleshoot & Replace Frigidaire AP4365669 / 297187201 Bin-Door

I added 2 extra bins to utilize wasted space on the door. Love it! 

I searched high and low for extra storage bins for our new Frigidaire freezer.. It was hard to find them and very expensive when we did. Then I remembered a great experience I had with Appliance Parts Pros and our refrigerator and checked them out. They had what we needed in stock, significantly less expensive and at our door in a few days. Now I go their first all the time. Thanks to your professional and service oriented company. 

Entered the model number to check compatibility prior to ordering refrigerator replacement door bin which is a great feature if this site. The bins were exactly as pictured and arrived in perfect condition because they were packaged well. Smooth transaction and quick delivery. I even ordered a spare because my refrigerator is getting so old. 

I ordered two 1 day and got them 2 days later!!! They fit perfectly and all I had to do was put them on the door. Very happy with the phone assistance, too. I'll be back

Just added some bins to freezer door and it fit just right!

I tried ordering two half-width shelves from Sears (my freezer is a Kenmore/Frigidaire), but there was no schematic on the website. I called their customer service to ask if the shelf on their site was what I needed. She said she could see the schematic and was assured me it was correct. So I ordered them ($75 each). Two full width shelves arrived. Called customer service and they reordered what we both thought was the right shelf (even though the rep told me she couldn't see the schematic). Got the same full width shelves! Called again and was told they would "research" it and get back to me in 5 to 7 days. I went online, found this site with a schematic, and realized I had been ordering the wrong item all along. The first rep lied outright. I called Sears back and asked for a full refund. Received the correct shelves from you in 3 days! Thanks! No wonder Sears is in financial trouble! 

Put 2 additional bins on the door. Simple fix.
