Jill G Randolph , NJ February 14, 2017 Needed more storage I tried ordering two half-width shelves from Sears (my freezer is a Kenmore/Frigidaire), but there was no schematic on the website. I called their customer service to ask if the shelf on their site was what I needed. She said she could see the schematic and was assured me it was correct. So I ordered them ($75 each). Two full width shelves arrived. Called customer service and they reordered what we both thought was the right shelf (even though the rep told me she couldn't see the schematic). Got the same full width shelves! Called again and was told they would "research" it and get back to me in 5 to 7 days. I went online, found this site with a schematic, and realized I had been ordering the wrong item all along. The first rep lied outright. I called Sears back and asked for a full refund.
