How to Troubleshoot & Replace Frigidaire AP2108156 / 134101400 Terminal Block

I removed the burnt terminal and replaced it with the new part 

Had to replace Terminal block after it shorted out due to rubbing connection wire. Was very pleased with the part received was an exact match for the old unit. Shipping was outstanding, ordered part early morning and received the part the next day. 

I ordered the part from Appliance Parts Pro on Thursday afternoon and got the part on Friday. I removed the old block and wired in the new one. It was very easy and works great. This is the 2nd time I've dealt with APP and they never let me down. I get the parts I need, can view tutorials if I need help, and then I fix it on my own. I save lots of $'s. Great experience with this company and will definitely use them again and recommend to all my friends!

Replaced it with a new one 

Ordered the heating element assembly which came with the shroud, heating element, and high temperature thermostat. Also ordered a new terminal block that came with everything needed to completely overhaul the block and wires. The videos were very helpful and the parts were EXACTLY as described. HIGHLY recommend Appliancepartspros for every do it yourself-er!!!

After consulting with Appliance Parts Pro, I ordered all of the parts. They came very quickly and I then used the video to do the entire repair: Terminal block (which had partially melted), Thermal Limiter, Dryer Heating Element Assembly and I changed the drum belt (since I was in there). I took extra time making sure I was doing everything and also fully cleaned out every part of the inside. I think I could do it in half the time now that I have done it. Thanks You!!!!
