GREAT customer service from the first call. A problem came up when after installing the boards, it still did not work. I checked the helpful video and found out that I had simply plugged in the connecting cable backwards. I had called back to Appl. Parts Pros to ask questions about if, fearing that they had shipped a faulty board. The (really nice) girl on the phone walked me through everything, was extremely thorough.
