Replacing the Module Dispenser did the trick! The trim cover around the ice dispenser is attached with plastic tabs (no screws at all). I pried it off as gently as I could with a butter knife, but several of the tabs broke off so I ended up purchasing another cover module (trim piece) as well. The rest of the repair took a matter of minutes.
