I order all four parts from Appliance Parts Pros and they arrived a few days later (2 springs, dispenser cap, bottom dish rack).
First, I installed both new springs. I unplugged the dishwasher, unscrewed the two phillips screws at the top holding the dishwasher in and the two phillips screws on the bottom of the dishwasher kick panel. Then, I pulled out the dishwasher to get access to the springs. They were easy to replace, I didn't even need pliers.
Second, I removed the old soap dispenser cap and installed the new one. The old one got melted because it probably dropped out and got stuck on the drying element.
Third, I removed the old lower dish rack because it was rusting. I put in the new one, however, two of the left front wheels were not aligned and it wouldn't stay on the inside track. I gently bent the wheel frame back into shape and then it fit inside the track.
Under $100 for all three parts and took less than 30 minutes. A new dishwasher is around $350 + time to install. Now, the dishwasher is like new again!!!
