Christine Y Dallas , GA January 09, 2017 Pluged drain line on washing machine I went on You Tube to see how to get into my Frigidaire Wash Machine. Took out the discharge/drain hose (one piece from pump to house drain line). I then tried to fill the drain line, but it was plugged, at the elbow with no way to reach the offender. I looked up and ordered my part on AppliancePartsPros.com. Very easy! It came in 2 days! I then cut open the old drain line and found that the plug in the line was due to a rubber "tail" off of the rubber 90 elbow that became crinkled up where the elbow was attached to the drain hose. Frigidaire made a crummy design. I will order from you again, and I will tell everyone of the easy and fast service. Read stories from previous purchasers.A couple had the same problem and had tried to fix the hose by various means to no avail and finally just purchased the new part. They said that fixed the problem in short order. I saved much time and trouble by just purchasing the new inexpensive hose. Delivery was super fast and install took just a few minutes. PROBLEM SOLVED. The advice from previous purchasers was invaluable. I have never seen that feature on any other parts website and am grateful for it.
