Teresa F December 10, 2016 for Model Number FWS6969HW1 I need a longer drain hose. I found #134889600 which is listed as 98 inches and I think will fit up to 1 ¾ fitting. The drain that is listed for my washer is #131461200 I can't detect how long the recommended hose is; I saw an answer that said the fitting is 1 ½. Any help would be appreciated.
1 Answer Teresa, The unit would normally come with a 90" drain hose which is 131461200. There used to be a longer drain hose that was 108" and was part number 131461201 but has been discontinued by the manufacturer with no suitable replacement available. Read More...

Lowes store has hoses with a smaller diameter than the one I need. Ray February 08, 2016 for Model Number 131461200 Front load will not spin out but once you cut the tube it spun out. Is this a clog in the hose or a pump issue?
1 Answer Ray, You will want to check the hoses and the drain pump for clogs or restrictions. If this drain housing has a filter then check to make sure that this is clear also. Read More...
Sam September 08, 2015 I have a GE washing machine that looks exactly like this model. Can you tell me the ID of the hose at the end with the 90 degree turn. Thanks, Sam
Zach July 29, 2015 I have to replace the drain hose to my frigidaire washing machine. The hose is approximately 10 feet in length and I need one about 12 to 15 feet in length. I cannot find one of this length at my local appliance stores. Does frigidaire have one for this appliance?
Denese March 24, 2015 for Model Number Frigidaire F/L Washer, model FFFS5115PW (stacked beneath dryer) I just purchased this Frigidaire washer, and the drain hose on the back is between 12-18 inches too short. What hose will fit this unit as an extension? The existing one is hard gray plastic, and this one would need to be clamped over it. Thanks.
1 Answer Hello Denese, You should order drain hose extension part number 137098000. This is about 28 inches in length. Read More...
Gwen October 05, 2014 for Model Number FWX6970EW4 After washer spins out the clothes are still very wet, not dripping, but wetter than they should be. Should we replace the drive belt? We have never replaced it, not sure how old washer is. We bought it used in 2004. Thank you

Carol December 06, 2013 for Model Number GWT445RGS2 I need a 10 foot drain hose. How long is this drain hose?
1 Answer Carol, This drain hose 131461200 is a 7 1/2 foot drain hose. Unfortunately the manufacture does not make a longer drain hose. There is a 10' drain hose that you could try but is made by a different manufacturer and would be unable to say for sure that it will work for your unit. The part number for that drain hose is 285666. Read More...
Elizabeth S July 22, 2013 for Model Number Fridgidaire Crown Series Front load washer c. 2002 Can you tell me if the check valve on this is a flap or ball style valve? Also is the check valve supposed to stop 100% of the back flow of water? Had the machine apart and decided to rinse out hose. With the hose under a column of water the check valve allowed a slow, small trickle of water out? The husband thinks this is not as it ought to be so we are checking with the people who know, you guys.
1 Answer Elizabeth, The unit would have a check ball on the tube that runs to the bottom of the tub and the water pump would most likely have a flap style. When cleaning the unit there will be a trickle of water even with the check ball and flap in place properly. The unit will not drain water when the drain is in the standpipe because it does not have enough force without the drain pump to push the water out. There will always be some water in the unit but only about a 1/4 gallon at the most. Read More...
