How to Troubleshoot & Replace Frigidaire AP2125913 / 316116400 Oven Light Socket

I purchased the Oven Light Socket and within 30 minutes my son and I had the stove light working again like new. 

Ordered the parts needed and replaced 

Replaced the damaged piece with a part I found on this website. Quick shipping, easy install, now "let there be light". No more burnt food! 

It took more time to get the back panel off of my oven than it took to replace the socket. 

We ordered a new light socket and light bulb. 

I looked for the part on AppliancePartsPros.com. Ordered it, waited for 10 days for it to show up. Winter weather delayed trucks. I looked at the video on-site and followed the instructions. Done! Added new drip pans and coil surface elements. I ended up with a range with a new start in life right for Valentine's day. 

Replaced oven light socket and new light bulb. 

Replaced the light switch and the oven control.
