How to Troubleshoot & Replace Frigidaire AP8038877 / 140229954072 Upper Rack Assembly (Dishwasher)

First let me say the shipping was super fast, next day delivery with regular shipping, thank you. The video on replacing was quick and helpful, I highly recommend parts pros and will definitely use their services again. Thank you once again for the excellent service you provided. 

I ordered the part which was super easy. Came quickly and in stalled in less than 10 minutes with a help video provided on email. 

I removed the old racks and installed the new ones. I did have to remove the spray arm from the old upper rack and re-install it in the new rack. No tools were required. 

I ordered a good amount of parts and all parts like OEM or better I recommend to any one you can't go wrong! 

Ordered the basket from AppliancePartsPros, watched the video, and replaced the baskets myself. 

Replaced both. Video was helpful to know how to remove upper rack. 

The lower rack just slides in and out, the top rack has a couple of steps, I watched the video and from going to the garage ,opening the boxes and doing the replacement the whole job took 20 minutes. 

I ordered new upper and lower racks. Installation for the bottom was literally just replacing the old rack. The upper rack required swapping out the upper spray rotor assembly and inserting the rollers into the slider. Still easily done. 

Simple online matching of model and part numbers! Rack arrived within a week and was easy to replace with the online instructions. 

Watched your videos and ordered the parts
