Robert B St Louis , MO June 12, 2014 Dishwasher door Replaced the spring on one side. The challenges were finding the right screws to remove to get access. It turns out I could have replaced the spring without pulling the dishwasher out. The greatest amount of time went into looking for a screw that I dropped while putting the panel back on. Inever found it. I used my three-prong screw starter after dropping the first one. Washer was an old Frigidaire - no longer any informationon mfg website. The images from the manual on AppliancePartsPros were helpful. I only looked at them when ordering the spring. Read More... Removed bottom panel on dishwasher, turned off the electricity to the dishwasher, removed the broken spring and installed the new spring. Then put everything back and turned on the electricity.
