I watched the video and it helped. I was a worried because the new part looked different but I took a deep breath and carried on....it took me about 30 minutes. I had a difficult time disconnecting the old one, but once that was done it was easy. 

I was able to order the parts I needed off your website and our Handy man was able to complete the repair and the dishwasher looks new. 

Parts arrived in timely manner. I had ordered parts for dispenser replacement and kick plate assembly. The kick plate part I received was the wrong part, but customer service rectified the problem immediately and sent replacement part. As for the dispenser replacement, I reviewed the video regarding replacing part... was VERY EASY to follow, and repair was completed in just a few minutes. No issues, no problems! I would highly recommend using Appliance Parts Pros! Easy to find parts, timely delivery, good customer support and instructional/installation video was great!!! 

I ordered the part from your online store, received it 2 days later, installed it & now everything is good to go. 

Replaced the toe and kick plates. The kick was not identical and would not fit without a small modification but it did work.
