Order the part from AppliancePartsPros.com. It was $10-15 less than other sites. Part was original equipment and in very good shape. No instructions, but the install was straightforward. Strip lid and several brackets from washer. Remove the three wires on the solenoids, unscrew two screws, removal of old valve was a little tricky due to clearance issues. Installation of new valve was a little complicated by the fact that there was no easy way to access the bottom screw. Ultimately used a phillips screwdriver with a little clip on the tip to hold the screw and snaked screwdriver under various struts. New unit did NOT come with rubber sleeves to make a seal, so make sure you take these of the old unit and put them on the new one. Reasseembly barckets and lid and good to go.
