Ordered filter, arrived in @ 5 days. Went to your website and read instructions on how to replace. Was really simple and easy. Pluses - base price was $10 less than manufactures price. Shipping was surprising quick. Minus - shipping prices high. Don't pay for next day unless its an emergency. 

Replaced it. 

Order part. Made a big difference. The water comes out faster. 

Replaced both parts. 

I bought a replacement ice tray. Took broke tray out. Emptied ice into new tray. Placed tray back in freezer. 

Part was sent quickly and was perfect replacement. Excellent service. 

Push and pull on it. 

Installed a new replacement cartridge. 

JUST REMOVED OLD FILTER AND INSTALLED NEW. SO EASY!
