First I watched the video. It described in-detail how to facilitate the replacement of the burner control unit. I then, de-energized the circuit breaker for the range on the power panel. I removed the front panel assembly and took a photograph of the part. I confirmed the part number per the photographed part on the web site PRIOR to ordering. This is to ensure I'm ordering the correct part. After the part arrived (very fast shipping), 2 days later, I installed it per the video. Actually, it was very simple. *Some key points of interest, is to either unplug the range, or de-energize the circuit breaker feeding power to the range. Taking a quick pic with your smart phone of the back of the burner controller will be helpful with proper installation of the terminal connectors. It's about a 10 minute repair, and very easy. A 1/4" nut driver or a flat screwdriver, and a stubby phillips screwdriver is all you need to complete the repair.
