How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3965155 / WH43X10034 Agitator Assembly

Ordered new agitator from appliance parts pros. Arrived in 36 hours. Just needed to pull old agitator. That was an issue for a 5' mom but fortunately my 6' son was able to pry it off. I popped on the new agitator and we were good to go. I would definitely recommend this company for any future parts. Service was excellent and delivery speedy. 

Did the repair by using videos. 

Ordered new agitator from AppliancePartsPros, got it sooner than I expected. Took five minutes to replace. 

Pulled the off per instructions and pushed the new one on. It was faster than writing this note, Thank you. 

We popped off the old washing machine agitator, with the broken fins, and simply popped on the new one. This is the second replacement washing machine agitator we purchased. 

Replaced agitator an hub it sat on. Parts were perfect. Saved $127 ( local Appliance store) and got parts in 5 days. Great service !!!! 

I am a former GE appliance tech, Had been working on appliances in my younger days. So much has changed in the appliance world. Since being retired from a different job my time is spent helping my family and just a few friends, So when my daughter called about a leak in her GE washer, I checked your site for the repair (Thank you, for all you do to help and show how to do these repairs. I can not say enough Thanks to your personnel that do this) I will be doing the repair Monday 1/13/20 and I am sure that the repair go well. The OEM parts are a plus and since I have some back ground it should go ok, barring no extra problems. Thank you again for the instructions on the washer and the parts. 

Watched the video on the site, ordered new hub and agitator. One bolt and the agitator popped in on top of the hub, done! 

Removed old piece and replaced with new one. 

Ordered the parts from AppliancePartsPro.com. Paid extra for the faster shipment. It came on the date they said it would. Only took 3 days over the new years holiday. Took the old parts off and placed the new genuine GE parts in the machine. Took 10 minutes max. Only needed one 7/16" end wrench. Can use a socket and ratchet, which the included video on the website states. Very easy fix and washer works like new again!
