I used to work in the electronic servicing area so I knew when I ordered any part how to remove and install the new one. However, this was not true with my dishwasher, I was amazed to see the short videos on your website which shows the person how to remove and install all of the listed parts - I have never seen any parts company do this, after I watched the videos I was able to install all the parts in less than twenty (20) minutes. The sprayer arms had clogged holes and the top rack arm wasn't rotating at all. I couldn't get the holes unblocked so I replaced the arms themselves. Read More...
