How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2036798 / WB63T10034 Bottom False Assembly (Lower Interior Trim)

Replaced all the components listed above. It operates and looks almost like a new oven. I am very happy with the overall results...however, I only ordered 2 racks and now have to get an additional one. 

Put in a replacement false bottom. The repair took about 30 seconds after speaking with a customer service person who walked us through the removal of the oven door (very easily, just move down the latch and lift off door). With the new racks which I also replaced the 10 year old oven looks brand new. Note: taking off the door also exposed a lot of areas which needed a cleaning which was easy to do without the door being there. 

The repair was pretty straight forward. The replacement part looks great and fits perfectly. The only challenge was getting the oven door back on. The owner manual instructions were incomplete and did not help. I found a utube video that offered a tip from an appliance repairman and finally got it secured. 

Bought new ones from AppliancePartPros. These are like the originals. I realized the oven was missing the False Bottom when looking at the assembly drawings on the website. With that assembly, the oven looks newer than ever. 

The white film dots would not come off the rack or the bottom of the oven. I went on line, ordered new racks and bottom pan. Followed the directions for door removal to get the old pan out and new one in. We replaced the door and all is fixed now. We saved the old parts for future BBQ cleaning! It looks like new! 

The replacement parts fit perfectly & my wife was delighted. She likes things to be perfect & that’s what we received. Thanks

Ordered the part from you. When it arrived, I removed the oven door and the old floor, Slid the new floor right it. Perfect fit. Oven looks new again. 

The hardest part was removing the oven door which your customer service helped me with. Once I found the hinge locks and moved them forward to release, the door came off easily. I slipped out the old false bottom and replaced it with the new one. The whole repair took 5 minutes. Thanks!!!
