How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2030967 / WB44K5009 Oven Broil Element

I replaced the oven bake heating element. There's was no problem with the broil element, but decided to replace it along with the bake heating element. 

I replaced both elements, oven and broil due to age and use. Customer service was excellent and parts came next day and were correct. Definitely will be a return customer! 

My husband put in the replacement part. 

Your broil element fits perfectly, I watched the how-to video, very well explained. The element smoked a little bit after turning the oven back on. but was told it had a small amount of oil and therefore the smoke. I wish it came with the two screws, I had a terrible time taking one out and had to use pliers and a socket/nut driver 

Ordered a replacement and it arrived well packaged and fast! Easy replacement. 

I replaced the Bake Element and clips. 

I bought a new heating element from AppliancePartsPros.com and it came much quicker than I expected and was exactly the part I needed. I was a little nervous because I didn't know this website but I couldn't find this exact part in many other places. I took a chance and had a great experience. 

Replaced the Broil Element.
