How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3872881 / WB16K10055 Medium Surface Burner

Replaced parts. 

Ordered the part from Appliance Parts Pros.com, fit perfectly. 

Installed the new burners 

I found the necessary parts at the pro's and everything worked great. I have no complaints. They are actually better than Amazon. I needed something done immediately on an order before it was shipped, they have chat. I talked to Heidi and my problem was solved immediately, not tomorrow. To me being able to contact the seller is worth it's weight in gold. AND they also sent an email confirmation. In a nutshell, great service and super fast. 

We received the package of small medium and large surface burners that fit perfect. We now have burners that work great and efficient.

Bought new burners and burner caps and they sat right in. Easy fix. 

Local appliance repair company diagnosed the problem and educated me that burners and caps wear out and should be replaced.
