How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP6986462 / WD28X25960 Lower Rack Assembly

I looked up my model Appliance Parts Pros help me find the parts I needed. I had my parts in less than a week! They have tuitorials on how to fix what is broke and I am thankful for that! A very positive experience! I will be back and i will tell everyone ;) 

The handy tool to see if the part is compatabe with your dishwasher made this such an easy and painless experience. Instead of just getting new wheels, I got a new rack which we needed and the new wheels are so much better, there is no way they will fall off! It all came very quickly, exactly as described, just replaced each piece and done! 

Ordered new ones 

This website is amazing! Other websites offered the bottom replacement dish rack for my GE Profile Dishwasher for over $200. Appliance Parts Pros was only $130. I love it as it is sturdier than the original rack so I expect it never to rust out like the original rack did. And there was no assembly. Just take the original rack out and plop in the new one. I expect this rack to outlast my dishwasher! Thank you soooo much! 

Replaced bottom rack 

I ordered new racks which came the next day and put then in according to the instructions. It was very easy, took about 15 minutes. Of course I am a mechanical wizard so it might take a novice a bit longer. Just kidding, it was very easy and it loos and works great now. 

Bought the new rack 

Replaced lower rack with GE replacement part 

Replaced the racks with new ones. The replacement racks were not exactly the same but the functioned the same or better.
