Louis L Katy , TX December 07, 2014 Craigslist fridge not cooling properly Purchased a relativly new ge stainless profile fridge from crisis list. Was having problems with it cooling. Found out someone had replaced the fan with a pc fan that didn't fit and the coils were freezing over. To make matters worse rust from the fan clogged the evap drain. Purchased replacement part from here and was able to easily replace everything with just a screwdriver. Very easy to fix and the fridge is now problem free. Melissa S Henderson , NV October 01, 2017 Rusted trough drain leaking into bottom of refrigerator The trough drain was rusted through and the Styrofoam on the evaporator was moldy. So, I replaced the entire cover and trough. I unscrewed the three screws on the cover. Unplugged the fan and removed the cover. Three are two more screws holding the trough and evaporator, I unscrewed them and removed the trough. The hardest part was cleaning up all the rust. Once it's clean, put it all back together.
