How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3767716 / WD12X10184 Dishrack Stop

New dishrack stops and roller bearing cage fixed it good as new. 

Purchased replacement dishrack stop and popped it in the hole. 

Replaced all of the broken parts with the new parts from Appliance Parts Pros. 

Replaced with a new part, no tools required. 

Installed rear roller bearing cages. It was a small project and the video on the Appliance Parts Pros website explained the replacement process very well. 

Replace control pad 

The parts we ordered were received promptly and our dishwasher was repaired quickly. 

Went to Appliance Parts Pros website and watched video to determine what parts were required and how to install them. Very easy fix, and prices were half of what the GE site charged. Ordered the parts, received them within five days and completed the repair in a matter of minutes. All is working fine again.. 

Ordered parts from appliancepartspros.com and repaired by hand (no tools) in 10 minutes. Wife is happy that dishwasher now has two functioning racks again! 

Actually my wife fixed it. I was having trouble with the plastic thing and I was bending it the wrong way. After 5 or 6 attempts and lots of choice words my lovely came in and asked if she could help. I laughed a little and said yes! She showed me my error, I had it bent backwards. She looked at it for 7 seconds and solved it. My Lord I love that woman.
