I ordered the parts and when they arrived, I realized I had the right soap dispenser and the wrong wheels/axle. I performed the online chat (Robin H) with customer service and explained my issue. The lady was wonderful! She identified what I needed, credited me back my cost for the wrong wheels and told me to keep the wheels. I paid for the right wheels and received them the next day!
This was an awesome experience and one of the best customer service examples I experienced in a long time!!
