Johnathan O Memphis , TN November 28, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Washer WCVH6800J2MS I have a g e wcvh6800j2ms front load washer it wouldn't start a load thought it was the water valve cause it wasn't getting any watch replaced it still wouldn't work did a code check it was code e38 3 Replaced the diverter now the washer works like new again code e38-39 say the little motor was giving bad signals to the computer board so it wouldn't start a wash. Apparently there was nothing wrong with the fill valves except that they receive signal from the diverter and so would not open.
