Went online, (My least favorite thing to do) and found appliancepartspros.com. I found the hose and clip I needed very quickly and with none of the confusion caused by the local appliance repair centers. Although I’m not comfortable with online ordering, necessity overloads preference. As it turned out your site and your processes made it “simple” to get exactly what I needed, at a reasonable price, (50% less than the local guys who would likely have ordered it from you) and the 3-5 day shipping, which showed up the very next day, was much more sensible than the three week lead time required by the local guys.
