Replaced element. Take a photo of the wires. Unplug, remove two screws holding top-down, and prop up with sturdy board( i used plastic storage table leg from HD shelves about 18 inches long). Remove wires. Three clamps have numbers where clamps go on elements. Take photos. There are three-point prongs that go into holes so use a medium flat screwdriver to push from under the clamp toward the center so the prong comes out before the clip can go back away from the edge. When installing a new element make sure points snap into holes. On the old one, I observed temp probe was loose and the tip seemed to be all brown with some brown burning around the center burning element. The probe going bad. I am concerned about why? So I'm ordering an infinite switch to replace it in case not regulatIng power to the element correctly.
