Reviewed the fan replacement at the following link: https://www.handymanhowto.com/how-to-replace-built-oven-fan/ . Determined the correct part number at AppliancePartsPros.com and ordered a replacement fan. Quick service and delivery and it was the right part. Four sheet metal screws and two slip-on electrical terminals and the replacement was complete. Turned the power back on and the oven fan started as it should. Started baking that day with no other problems noted. Hint: Make sure that you check out that all other oven functions work before you assume the problem is the cooling fan, since it might be a control board, etc. Of course, make sure that the power is disconnected to the oven before working on it. Also be sure to clean the wire mesh screen behind the fan of any dust or debris while you have the fan removed. My experience with Appliancepartspros was very satisfactory.
