How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2062419 / WR12X10107 Fresh Food Door Handle

Four new parts came and replaced the broken ones. We now have a very nice like-new refrigerator. Yay! Identifying the parts needed was easy because of the well-labeled drawings of refrigerator parts. Thank you folks for making the process so easy. 

Replaced.handle screw do not come with it. 

We used the appliance paint and swapped out the handles for white ones. Super easy but keep the screws and tiny screw cover for the fresh food door handle as the replacements do not come with those parts. We spray painted the little cover white (it was beige to match the other door handle) and it looks ok, only noticeable if you really look. 

Replaced the handles. They were delivered promptly. Took less than 5 minutes to replace 

This refrigerator was about 12 years old and the yellowed door handles made it look so terrible. Just a few screws and shazaam! A new looking refrigerator. 

Screwed the new handle on. The texture is slightly different but eill definitely do just fine
