How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP4576668 / WR49X10211 Divider Guide Kit

Ordered the part from appliance parts pros. It arrived the next day and I installed it. 

We had no idea what model GE Profile refrigerator we had (bought it dented, no model number to be found, the shelf broke early and we glued it - unsuccessfully) so it was ALMOST impossible to find the right part. With a picture of the broken pieces though, I was able to surf the appliance parts website and look at pictures until I found the right parts - kit divider and support cross bar - who knew! Thanks very much for the great pictures of both sides of these parts. Apparently it was WR49X10211 

My husband had the broken parts in the freezer replaced in about 30 minutes. All is well and the freezer with the ice maker back in service. Thank you very much. 

Easily found the divider and a mount for the base bar online - both were cracked by the accident. Had to remove the freezer well which seemed impossible until I gained enough room by opening the refrigerator doors (duh!). It would have been much easier if I would have removed the freezer door, but couldn't figure our how, so I contorted myself in to screw the divider in to the top of the freezer. Then added the bottom bar by lifting it into place from below with it nestled in one side. Popped the other rack holder in place and somehow managed to bolt it in from under the bar. Next time I'll call customer service! But it only took 20 minutes and is working fine now.
