In pulling out the old motor without taking the oven out of the wall, I needed to disconnect the 6 wires that attach to the motor to get to the hold down screws. Unfortunately, I didn't properly record which wire went where. The wiring diagram e-mailed by the help desk did not have the color codes of the wires. Eventually, the help desk agent along with a technician at Appliance Parts Pros figured out which wire went where and I was able to install the motor and test it.
