Replaced the turntable coupler 

I found that my turntable coupler was cracked. I replaced it with a new one (just snap it in) and now it works. Very simple solution this time. 

I purchased a very small part at a total cost of $11+/- and simply dropped it into the floor of the microwave. It works perfectly now. And the part arrived within 24 hours! 

I ordered the turntable coupler online. The part came very quickly. Installation was very easy. Thank you. 

I watched a video about how to remove the turntable motor which was all I needed to know how to replace the coupler. It was a very easy repair. 

Inserted new part where old part was 

Simple replacement but what I liked is that the parts are OEM and fit perfectly 

Opened microwave, removed broken coupler and proceeded to short out the small motor accidentally. Searched on-line for parts, Appliance Parts Pros came up so I tried them. Found parts easily, ordered and they arrived within two days. Somewhat pricey, but worth it in this case. Easy fix - great service on parts replacement. Kudos to APP. 

The house we bought had lots of maintenance issues. Every appliance in the house needed repair. Assuming the microwave was just another POS we purchased a new one. On removal of the old unit (GE) I found a broken drive gear behind the unit. I went on line to Appliance Parts Pros and was able to find the correct part - The microwave works fine and we returned the replacement. 

Easy---remove broken coupler and insert new coupler.just make sure you insert it properly.
