How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP6981947 / WR32X32346 Pan Bottom Asm

Bought a new Bottom Pan Asy. Which fit perfectly. 

I got the model number from inside my refrigerator and went online and ordered a new crisper drawer. It was easy and fits perfectly 

We bought a replacement drawer. The work did not require any tools. 

So easy! My bottom drawer to refrigerator broke. When the box came I literally opened it, washed and dried the drawer then put in the fridge! Perfect fit! Super impressed! 

Ordered new drawer and replaced. New drawer was a perfect fit. 

Pan had broken on the side of the handle so could not pull open and the shelf had broken where the roller was attached. Identified correct parts from diagrams available on AppliancePartsPros website. Placed order and parts were shipped the same day. The repair was easy as it was a matter of taking out the old parts as if the refrigerator was being cleaned and putting back the new parts. They were OEM parts and fit correctly so it was a simple and fast repair. 

Once I found the replacement drawer, it was ordered and received at least a week early and fit perfectly. The shipping box was highly damaged but the drawer was intact. 

I supplied the refrigerator Model Number, which lead me to a schematic, selected the Part No., ordered the drawer at 3:23 PM CDT. Drawer arrived at 0900 the next morning. Pulled out the old drawer, inserted the new drawer. Repair complete 

Ordered a replacement and replaced the bin. 

Drawer fit perfectly and shipping was super fast! Thank you!
