Replaced triple water valve, because there was no hot water and also it will drip in to the tub while off. Pump was very noisy while draining and wouldn’t drain properly. The hose was added as a safety precaution to eliminate future repair. The hose replacement was the hardest part of the job due to its location and getting the clamps on properly. Had I only replaced the pump, I would have completed the job in less than 30 minutes. Job also requires a puffy knife or thin wonder bar to release front panel on washer. Read More...
