After researching with the Kenmore model number, ordered heating element. It came within 3 days. Viewed installation video and had no problem changing it out. Perfect match. Tried to clean oven rack to no avail. Had to order new one. Again here within days It slid right in measurements perfect.
My wife is back in business.
