How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP5665850 / WB48T10095 Oven Rack

Called and placed an order with appliance part pro on a Tuesdsy via regular shipping option and received it on Thursday. Fits perfectly. The price was approximately $10 less than elsewhere. 

Replaced the Racks. 

Christmas was fast approaching and we had a baking date set for my house for Friday. It was Thursday, and I realized somehow I only had 2 racks in the oven. Where did the other racks go? Anyway, I went to 2 local stores to try and find the oven racks, and came up empty handed. I sat frustrated in the parking lot of Sears Outlet Parts center, and pulled up ApplianceParts Pros on my phone. I quickly ordered the 2 racks I needed and opted for 2 day shipping. I knew they wouldn't be there for baking day but certainly by Christmas. Miraculously, the racks arrived THE NEXT DAY in time for our baking date! I have no idea how they did it, but I am totally impressed. Excellent communication, fast, and shipped the right thing! 

We bought our house several years ago. The oven that came with the house only had one oven rack but we knew it could have had more or would hold another rack. Honestly, we did not look forward to searching out a missing part in a store or online. However, some holiday baking inspired us to search for one. It was easy to find and order. The only downside is human error and make sure you measure properly for the piece you need. We ordered one and it didn't fit. We now shipped that one back and received the correct model. Side note: Very fast shipment and surprised it arrived so quick!

Took out old racks and replaced with the new ones from AppliancePartsPros.com. They fit perfectly. 

Ordered a new oven rack to replace the old rack. 

Gave the model number and got the racks in two days! Right part and very prompt delivery. Happy!
